The Service Operations Associate Manager will provide National project leadership and support the field Distribution Center operations. This key leader will collaborate on short term execution and long-term strategy for Frito-Lay In Market Operations Labor Performance

Responsibilities:

Lead & execute DC Startup Project Plans & Waves
Partner with key stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop and implement tactics to deliver World Class Service
Lead and Partner with 3Pl vendors on startup action plans
Support development and facilitation of 3PL Vendor & DCSS/OSR training sessions
Leverage analytical competencies to identify opportunities and provide recommendations for SOP improvements
Provide technical expertise to field - support through on site visits when needed
Post project deployment support
Lead & Develop direct report(s)
Support multiple projects that drive DC Service performance aligned with the Service Operations AOP
Develop annual AOP productivity strategy
Other duties as required

Compensation and Benefits:

The expected compensation range for this position is between $81,000 - $135,600 based on a full-time schedule.

Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
3-5 Years Team Leadership Experience
3-5 Years field operations experience
Be comfortable & flexible with a shifting work agenda

Key Skills / Experiences:

Knowledge and familiarity with project management and demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects and phases to a high-quality output
Leadership capability to focus individuals against prioritized tasks to deliver World Class Service results
Proven experience in leading multiple complex Supply Chain operations projects with a record of delivering results
Demonstrated capability in Supply Chain functions, technical understanding of Distribution Center operations and logistics
 

Advanced communication skills to positively communicate with all levels of the organization
Creative Problem Solving: Ability and passion for creative, out of the box thinking to develop and vet solutions for the business, as well as a willingness to question the status quo and generally accepted beliefs
Influencing Skills: Possess the ability to communicate effectively and succinctly, both verbal and written; ability to influence others and communicate in an open and honest way that quickly builds trust and respect
Structured & Logical Thinking: Ability to define business problems and frameworks, and prioritize

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and familiarity with warehouse systems (ICS, IPM, SAP, PWM, etc.)
Travel percent - 60%
