Overview:


The Green Grass Corporate Sales Account Manager is responsible for making daily outreach, including outbound calls, emails, and supporting outside sales reps in field to drive incremental revenue opportunities primarily in the Green Grass Golf retail & events space. This person will work proactively to build and maintain account relationships by offering customized product solutions for various business sizes. A high sense of urgency, ability to hit quarterly sales targets, and the ability to build strong relationships are critical for success for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Green Grass dealer accounts to ensure continued business growth.

  • Support team of outside sales reps with day-to-day account management needs

  • Analyze POS data, turns, and gross margin reports to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the market.

  • Collaborate with merchandising and inventory management teams to optimize inventory turnover rates and ensure adequate supply levels across all accounts.

  • Identify additional revenue opportunities within existing accounts by continuing to expand contacts and relationships.

  • Meet and exceed weekly call targets and document results within provided CRM platform


Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of inside or outside sales experience with a proven track record of success ideally at a consumer products company 

  • Previous experience and general knowledge of Golf industry required

  • Exceptional sales drive combined with a desire to win are essential for success. 

  • Ability to navigate and map out corporate organizations to identify key decision makers. Self-motivated with a strong drive for success and a high sense of urgency are critical.

  • Ability to uncover customer needs, articulate business value, present effective solutions, and close business. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

  • Outstanding attention to detail and time management skills are essential.

  • Proficient with Salesforce or other CRM tools and Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Position is located in Austin at our HQ off Southwest Parkway. Must be able to work onsite 3 days a week.
