Job Description

 

As a Customer Service Representative for Southwest Airlines, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, problems, and requests related to our services. This role requires a proactive approach to customer interactions, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience and receives accurate information.

In this remote position, you will handle a variety of customer service tasks, such as answering calls, responding to emails, and assisting customers through social media channels. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer concerns, assist with reservations, and provide information about flight schedules and policies effectively.

You will also utilize our state-of-the-art customer relationship management (CRM) software to log interactions, resolve issues, and maintain customer records. Requirements

– Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

– Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
