Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative for Southwest Airlines, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, problems, and requests related to our services. In this remote position, you will handle a variety of customer service tasks, such as answering calls, responding to emails, and assisting customers through social media channels. Requirements
– Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
